By accessing this website, submitting lead forms, booking physical therapies, or purchasing wellness memberships, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Clinical Consultations & Medical Disclaimer

Our services provide authentic Ayurvedic treatments, clinical consultations, and Panchakarma therapies:

• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current health status details during consultation bookings, quizzes, or forms. Failure to declare vital health details (like pregnancy, heart conditions, or allergies) may lead to therapy cancellation.
• Medical Disclaimer: While our treatments are supervised by senior Vaidyas (accredited Ayurvedic doctors), the content on this website and virtual consultation summaries are for wellness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional emergency medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Therapeutic Results: Individual outcomes of Ayurvedic therapies and detox protocols may vary based on physiological constitution (Prakriti), current systemic imbalances, and compliance with prescribed post-therapy dietary guidelines.

2. Booking, Rescheduling, & Cancellation

To maintain our clinical standard at Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa, we enforce the following scheduling rules:

• Appointments: Bookings for clinical assessments, individual therapies, or packages are subject to therapist and doctor availability.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Request to cancel or reschedule must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Gateway & Billing

All online payments, including assessment booking fees and elite membership subscriptions, are collected securely:

• We utilize secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay) to clear payment transactions.
• You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account or name at the prices posted at the time of transaction.
• Refunds for cancelled memberships or booking deposits will be evaluated based on our clinical refund guidelines and processed within standard timeline parameters.

4. Elite Wellness Memberships

Elite Wellness Membership access keys, benefits, complimentary treatments, and discounts are non-transferable and must be utilized within the specified validation period. Memberships cannot be shared across multiple families unless explicitly permitted under a corporate or family tier agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ayurveda Resort Gandhinagar, Sankalp Wellness, and Setu Nutricare shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, information provided herein, or participation in wellness therapies, except as otherwise required by consumer protection and medical standard laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to our clinical or online services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
